The TUN PRACTICES of the Dzogchen Community provide the opportunity to maintain samayas, strenghthen our energies and make contact with the Guardians of the teachings who control negative forces in a powerful way so that our daily life can be easier as well as helping our personal practice to develop more smoothly.

Chogyal Namkhai Norbu explains the unvocations, mantras and visualizations specific to each of the three tuns (short, medium and long). The corresponding practice follows each explanatijn.

The DVD menu is structured so one can select whichever explanation or practice one wants, making it an exellent practice aid.
